Licensing and accreditation provide an objective, third-party assurance that a program is achieving excellence in patient care and facility operation. You should look for these distinctions when evaluating a treatment center, as they require that the entire organization be dedicated to providing the safest, finest, and most effective rehabilitation experience possible.

Licensed by the State of Florida

In order to provide substance abuse and mental health services in Florida, we are required to be licensed by the state’s Department of Children and Family Services. They conduct a thorough, on-site review, covering everything from our quality of care to our facility to our staff.

Accredited by The Joint Commission

In addition to our state license, The Joint Commission, the nation’s leader in developing standards and best practices for health care facilities, has accredited us. Their Gold Seal of Approval tells you we meet or exceed their criteria for patient care. They, too, perform an on-site evaluation, as well as follow-up monitoring.

Two Measurements of Quality Service

Both our state license and national accreditation require us to:

  • Provide you with high-quality treatment, care, and services
  • Improve the care you receive on a regular basis
  • Offer you a safe and well-maintained environment to recover in
  • Present you with an experienced, qualified staff
  • Manage and administer any medications you need with care
  • Maintain your records with the strictest accuracy and with complete confidentiality
  • Above all else, ensure your rights are honored and respected

You can feel confident choosing a program that has passed extensive on-site evaluations and ongoing monitoring by both state and national licensing and accrediting bodies. They help inspire us to provide safe and effective care of the utmost quality and value.
