In an effort to provide our patients and their families with the best addiction treatment services possible, we have chosen to become “partners” with drug rehabs and addiction treatment resources throughout the country. These drug rehabs and addiction treatment resources will serve as relapse prevention alternatives for our patients after discharge from Lakeview’s drug rehab. These drug rehabs may provide outpatient addiction treatment, long term addiction treatment, and family therapy. In some cases, the drug rehabs host meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous we wish you to attend.
The addiction treatment resources will be available should issues arise in your recovery where you require accurate information. In addition to our “Partners in Recovery” who will be listed below, Lakeview’s Alumni Coordinator is always available. Located at Lakeview’s addiction treatment center, the alumni coordinator is your direct source of support. With access to information regarding most of the addiction treatment services in the country, as well as, drug rehabs that might specialize in particular areas of interest, she is a valuable addiction treatment and recovery resource. Between the combined resources of our partners and alumni, we feel we are able to provide our patients with exceptional care, even after discharge from Lakeview Health System’s drug rehab and addiction treatment center.
