Telephone calls

While you are at Lakeview, it is important for you to focus on your treatment in order to gain as much information as you can prior to discharge. Because of this, Detox patients are limited to one telephone call that is made with a staff member to notify family of your arrival.

After you have transitioned to Inpatient Rehab or Residential Rehab, you may sign-up for telephone time at the nursing station. The telephone will not be available during treatment hours and you must call collect or have a calling card / credit card in order to use the telephone.

Confidentiality

Because each patient has the right to privacy, all patient records are maintained in a confidential manner. Patient records are protected under the guidelines of State and Federal law. Remember that if you are using medical coverage for your stay, it will be necessary to provide clinical information to your insurance/managed care company in order to authorize your treatment.
